A quick and easy way to get in touch with all the departments at US BioTek is to simply fill out the contact us form on our website. It can be found from the navigation menu under About - Contact, or directly at https://www.usbiotek.com/contact.
To have your messages sent directly to the accounting team select billing/accounting Question from the Reason For Contacting Us drop down menu.
In the message box, write your question/request along with any relevant information for your request such as a practitioner ID number, accession number if applicable. Don't worry if you don't have this information, our team will still be able to assist.
Once you hit submit, please allow 24 hours for a representative to respond to you via the email address or phone number provided.
