      How do I dropship a kit to a patient?

      Send a testing kit directly to your patient for ease in facilitating telehealth.

      With telehealth increasing in popularity, we want to ensure you and your patients are supported through their wellness journeys. To do so, we are offering free drop-shipping to the U.S. and Canada* for prepaid tests or $15 drop-shipping fee** for non-prepaid tests.

      If you need to place an order for specimen recollection, please contact our customer service department.

      * Free shipping to most areas of Canada. Additional shipping fees may apply in certain areas with higher than average costs. A US BioTek representative will contact you before shipping to confirm any additional charges and you may cancel your order if you do not wish to pay the extra fee.

      ** An additional $15 fee will be charged to either the practitioner or the patient for all drop shipments that are returned due to incorrect address.

      How It Works:

      1. Fill out and submit the form at https://www.usbiotek.com/drop-shipping-request to request drop shipping for your patient. You will need to complete the form for each patient you would like to receive a specimen collection kit via drop-shipping.
      2. Once you submit the form on the right, our billing team will reach out to the billing contact to collect payment information for the test within one business day.
      3. After payment has been received, we will ship the specimen collection kit to the patient within one business day.
      4. Patients can expect to receive their specimen collection kit 4-5 business days after it has shipped.
