Managing your COVID-19 appointment is simple. Here is how to make any changes necessary.
Managing your US BioTek COVID-19 appointment can easily be done using the link located on the bottom of your initial booking confirmation email.
To Reschedule an Appointment:
- Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking. This will bring you back to your confirmation page.
- Click Reschedule.
- Choose a new date and time for your appointment.
- Click Reschedule.
- You will advance to a new confirmation page and receive an email with your updated appointment details.
To Cancel an Appointment:
- Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking. This brings them back to their confirmation page.
- Click Cancel.
- Click Yes, cancel appointment.
- You will advance to a Scheduling Page with a message confirming the cancellation and you will receive a cancellation email to confirm.
Please note:
- You may not cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled test. Tests cancelled within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
- Once you have cancelled your appointment, please allow 5 business days to receive the refund for your appointment.

What if I can't find my confirmation email?
If you are unable to locate your original confirmation email, please email appointments@usbiotek.com. In the email, please include the name, and email address used to book the appointment as well as the appointment type you booked and the change you wish to make. Our team will help you make the changes as long as the original appointment is more than 24 hours away.
