What is your return policy?
Returns and refunds are restricted due to health and safety concerns.
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and encourage you to contact our Customer Service team if you have any trouble with your order. Below is an overview of our policies surrounding returns and refunds:
- If you decide to return the health test kit within 14 days of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, handling, and processing fees (approximately $50 USD per kit).
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago are not eligible for any refund.
- Due to health concerns, US BioTek cannot accept returned or unused test kits. If you received your order and do not wish to conduct the test, we ask that you dispose of the test kit.
